But more than anything, thank you so much for representing my sister and me in the sale of Mom's home. The support and caring you displayed through the whole process have been invaluable and so comforting during this difficult time. When we first listed the mobile, we fully expected it to take a year or more to sell so we are very grateful that it turned out to be just a few months; and we know that your professionalism and your personal interest in securing a buyer for us were major factors in our success. We found Ashlea and Keller Williams via their website while searching for a realtor in SLO where we were thinking of moving. We were initially looking for another realty company to stay with the one I worked for in Los Angeles but couldn’t find a website presence. We are very glad now that they didn’t or we wouldn’t have met Ashlea and her mother Kathi, a phenomenal team. From the moment we met them we loved the personality and energy that they exuded and the vast local knowledge which greatly helped our 6 month search.
Being so far away, trying to work, pack, sell a house and wanting to find a unique property to fit our needs as avid gardeners was tough so we loved the great web presence, updates and information that we received. We also enjoyed searching for properties on the MLS ourselves and then having Ashlea evaluate what we saw to see if really was what it seemed and if it would fit so that we didn’t waste time on our frequent trips from LA to view the properties, she got to know us and our needs so well that she could tell us right away if we should take the time to view a property or not.
Through our different offers and inspections on various properties, Ashlea was always there for us, taking a great deal of time to make us feel comfortable about the area, the homes, the process and taking care of all the details to make our choice easy and the time spent on our visits productive. We especially loved the way Ashlea always put a very nice letter together with our offer to explain how we decided on the offer.
I have been involved in real estate for many years and have dealt with many realtors. If all of them were like Ashlea and Kathi my business would have been much easier and more productive and I wish there were more realtors like them. It is that going the extra mile for the client and staying up to date with what is on the market and market conditions that makes them stand out above the crowd.
If we wanted to purchase or sell again in the area, we would definitely choose this dynamic duo again and if I could persuade them to move to the state where my real estate holdings are in order to sell them I would do so in a heart beat, therefore, I know that we could recommend them to anyone with complete confidence.

We worked with Ashlea from out-of-state (and, for a time, from overseas) over a period of almost four years to find just the right home for us. To say that Ashlea is patient is an understatement! From the start, she focused carefully on our prerequisites and used her website, email, telephone and fax to keep us abreast of the housing market. Summary:
Ashlea is the most knowledgeable realtor in South County. She knows every neighborhood and the history of the homes many times too. She knows everything you need to know about zoning, the coastal commission and local laws and restrictions. She has a real finger on the pulse of the worth of a property to help you make a smart deal. Financing in these economic times can be a real hurdle, Ashlea is connected and knows the ropes regarding bank owned properties, short sales, foreclosures and is able to give creative helpful advise in this area also. I wouldn't enter into a real estate transaction in South County or the entire Central Coast without Ashlea's help.

My boyfriend and I were in the very beginning stages of thinking about purchasing a new home and Ashlea was so great with us. She was so patient, took time out of her very busy schedule to show us whatever we were interested in seeing and I just always felt she was working hard to accommodate us without being pushy in any way. Summary:
We originally purchased a new home with Ashleas' help. All dealings with her were clear, concise, quick and professional. We were impressed to the point of purchasing a second property with her guidance and again, for selling the original home when our desires for an ocean view got the best of us. Summary:
My wife and I found her to be extremely helpful in both the transaction and most importantly in locating local people to do the inspections and remodeling work needed on the property. Every referral she offered produced a local reliable contractor who met or exceeded our expectations and was below our cost constraints, and she often followed up to make sure the contractor work we requested was completed correctly and on schedule. Her service exceeded any other agent I have worked with before, even after the sale was done. I have already recommended her to each of my friends' acquaintances looking to purchase in the area.
