We found Ashlea and Keller Williams via their website while searching for a realtor in SLO where we were thinking of moving. We were initially looking for another realty company to stay with the one I worked for in Los Angeles but couldn’t find a website presence. We are very glad now that they didn’t or we wouldn’t have met Ashlea and her mother Kathi, a phenomenal team. From the moment we met them we loved the personality and energy that they exuded and the vast local knowledge which greatly helped our 6 month search.
Being so far away, trying to work, pack, sell a house and wanting to find a unique property to fit our needs as avid gardeners was tough so we loved the great web presence, updates and information that we received. We also enjoyed searching for properties on the MLS ourselves and then having Ashlea evaluate what we saw to see if really was what it seemed and if it would fit so that we didn’t waste time on our frequent trips from LA to view the properties, she got to know us and our needs so well that she could tell us right away if we should take the time to view a property or not.
Through our different offers and inspections on various properties, Ashlea was always there for us, taking a great deal of time to make us feel comfortable about the area, the homes, the process and taking care of all the details to make our choice easy and the time spent on our visits productive. We especially loved the way Ashlea always put a very nice letter together with our offer to explain how we decided on the offer.
I have been involved in real estate for many years and have dealt with many realtors. If all of them were like Ashlea and Kathi my business would have been much easier and more productive and I wish there were more realtors like them. It is that going the extra mile for the client and staying up to date with what is on the market and market conditions that makes them stand out above the crowd.
If we wanted to purchase or sell again in the area, we would definitely choose this dynamic duo again and if I could persuade them to move to the state where my real estate holdings are in order to sell them I would do so in a heart beat, therefore, I know that we could recommend them to anyone with complete confidence.
