Kathi is a 40 year resident of Pismo Beach, having moved here from South Lake Tahoe in 1978. Kathi worked at Bank America for 18 years before beginning her real estate career in 1985. Over the past 34 years Kathi has focused on helping people find the home of their dreams in Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach and Nipomo

In 2003 she welcomed her daughter Ashlea Boyer into her business to assist with growing the business. In the coming years Kathi and Ashlea grew Pismo Beach Homes into the leading real estate team in Pismo Beach, now with 6 team members representing over $25,000,000 in annual home sales. 

Kathi lives on the hill in Pismo Beach in the home she built in 1987, with her Husband of 54 years. She enjoys scuba diving, swimming and traveling. She has served with many industry, community service organizations likethe Rotary Club of Pismo Beach and the Pismo Coast Association.
