On the Central Coast of California, halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco, lies a town nestled between rolling hills and the coast – San Luis Obispo. The mission was founded in 1772 also brought about the birth of San Luis Obispo’s rich winemaking heritage. Neighborhoods are full of classic California bungalows and gently rolling hills give way to the famous vineyards & wine region just south of town in the Edna Valley. With its laid-back welcoming, relaxed lifestyle, no one is in a hurry, and certainly, no one is in any rush to leave.
Situated 12 miles northeast of Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo is close to both Avila and Pismo beaches.
